Vintage Louisville - Burger Chef - 813 Eastern Parkway near Shelby St., 1978

When I was a kid McDonald’s didn’t do it for me. It had to be Burger Chef! Even at that young of an age I loved the fact that they had a “toppings bar” where you could add fresh onions and lettuce to your burger. Burger Chef, oh how I miss you!
